The keymap file, 01 ezdrummer to avenger.txt
goes in the Reaper resource folder, probably something like:

C:\Users\-Your-Username-\AppData\Roaming\REAPER\Data\ix_keymaps\

The Tambourine and Shaker in EZDrummer do not work so well because they use midi “futurehit”.
If you find a way to improve the keymap and workflow, let me know.
