Download, unzip the file and double-click the .exe file to install.
This is Windows-only but I have also uploaded a 32bit Standalone .exe of the program which MAC users can run using Wine apparently. You can download that for MAC here. (Note: all the files in the zip file are to be placed in the same folder you place the .exe file, because it needs the graphics files to run.)
